5 quick life things i learned...

1. No 0 days. (meaning accomplish something everyday. At a higher level, something from a few categories. ie body, mind. etc.)

2. Take care of your body, its the only one you got.(there are NO excuses)

3. Leave the shitty people behind

4.There are three of yourselves. Past, future, present. (Learn and listen from past you, always remember who you are and where you want to go. Try your damnedest to not fuck over your future self. You know when they will get mad at you. LOL)

5. Do what ever it takes to accomplish what you want in life as long as it will make you happy. (try not to fuck over anyone)


Pictures

Taking pictures and showing them off does not a good time make!

In this day and age instead of experiencing life, people seem to have to take pictures to prove that some how there lives arn't meaningless.

I suppose it boils down to moving forward. We are stuck in this self involved world where somehow your voice should mean something to someone. Before the media became standard you had to accomplish great things to become "famous" maybe in hopes that someone would write about your exploits.  Today all I need is something that connects to the internet and my amazing exploit could be stupidly twirling around a light saber awkwardly. Hence why we invented the term "15 minuets of fame". Its only gotten worse.
All I can think of is, when is the last time you or someone close to you truly did something amazing? A bigger spectrum, when is the last time you personally knew someone that "changed the world" in a major way for better or worse.
Its time to EARN our spot in what ever makes us happy!

Day off

Day off from the gym!
So fucking sore already! WOOT!!!!!
Trying to drink soylent 50% of the time again and eat right.
Fucking holidays making it hard as always. lol
Back to water 75% of the time as well.
